Returns
Due to the intellectual property contained in these materials, Cambridge LSAT cannot offer any refunds for digital downloads. All such purchases are final. For purchases of our paperback books, we offer 30 days to return them in as-new condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a return. Once approved, we must receive the books back within 15 days of the approval date. The customer is responsible for return shipping (and optional insurance), and there is a 20% restocking fee for all book returns. The restocking fee covers our costs for shipping the books back to our distributor’s warehouse; it will be deducted from the subsequent refund. Upon receipt of the returned books, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Books with writing or any signs of use are not eligible for refund.
