Our store markets and promotes Amazon products. For post-purchase support, you will need to contact Amazon or the marketplace seller directly. You can reach Amazon at 888-280-4331. Shipping
How much will it cost to ship X item to Y location?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout. Our bookstore is powered by Amazon; most book orders of at least $25 and most other orders of at least $49 qualify for free shipping. If you have an Amazon Prime account, or you sign up for the free 30-day Prime trial, you can take advantage of free 2-day shipping for all Prime-eligible items.
Can you ship item X to country Y?
In general, most items don't ship internationally. However, we have partnered with MyUS.com to help you bring US-purchased goods to your home country. Purchases routed through MyUS do not incur sales tax, as the company is located in the state of Oregon. Click the banner below for a free 30-day trial and 20% off your first shipment!

How long will it take for a specific item to arrive?
This depends on the shipping speed you select. For items that are eligible for Amazon Prime (those with a free-shipping designation), you can opt for 2-day shipping. Please proceed with your purchase, and you will be presented with all available shipping options upon reaching the checkout screen.
Wholesale
Our company wants to establish a wholesale account with you.
In most situations, we don't offer wholesale purchases. However, if your company has quantity needs meeting or exceeding 100 units of a specific item, please get in touch, and we'll let you know if there's an opportunity.
Can you please quote us a price for X quantity of Y product?
Related to the previous item, if you are seeking to purchase a quantity of 100 or more of a specific item, please get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do.
Do you accept purchase orders?
For bookstore purchases, your checkout will be processed through Amazon. Amazon does allow businesses with Amazon business accounts to use purchase orders.
Do you offer Net 30 terms?
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer Net 30 terms.
LSAT Downloads
What is your return policy?
Due to the intellectual property contained in our downloads, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. To ensure that you will be able to open and print your purchased downloads, please make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
Will I receive a printed copy of my purchased downloads?
No, we don't ship copies of our downloadable products.
What format are the downloads in?
All our downloads are in the pdf format. You should be able to open and print them from within any program which can open pdfs, but if you have any trouble, you can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for free.
How many times can I download my purchased files?
You will be able to download each of your purchased products three times within 72 hours of purchase. Please be sure to save the file(s) to a location on your local hard drive that you can remember.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards on our secure checkout page: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. If you have any trouble checking out directly onsite, try completing your payment through PayPal (you do not need an account to do so).
Through PayPal, we accept all major credit cards. Please note that you do not have to set up a PayPal account in order to complete your purchase. Simply, click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option (as illustrated in this image) on the PayPal page, and you can enter your card information.
How will I receive my purchase?
Upon completion of your payment, you will receive link(s) for downloading your purchased item(s) to the e-mail address you provided at the time of your purchase. The elapsed time between completing your purchase and receiving your links may vary based on the size of your order, traffic on the site, and other factors beyond the control of Cambridge LSAT. In the event that you do not receive your links for any reason, please contact us.
How long will my download links remain active?
We want to make sure you receive all your purchased products. You will have three full days (72 hours) from the time of purchase to download your files, after which point your links will expire. Keep in mind that the individual links will expire once they have been accessed three times. Please be sure to save the files in an easy-to-find location on your computer.
My computer asks for a password when I try to save the downloaded files. How can I save them?
You are probably on a Mac. Instead of left clicking on the links in your e-mail, right click on each link individually, pull down to "Save link as...," and you should be able to specify where you want to save the file.
Do I need a PayPal account to complete my purchase?
No, you don't. When you land on the PayPal screen to make your payment, you can choose to check out as a guest. However, if you are going to be making numerous purchases from our site, or any other site that accepts PayPal, consider setting up an account, as that will speed up the checkout process for you; you won't have to enter your payment details every time you make a purchase. If you are outside the United States, and your country is not on PayPal's list, please use our onsite checkout or contact us to make alternate payment arrangements.
How can I ensure speedy delivery of my downloads?
Although our system sends the automated e-mails immediately upon payment, occasionally customers' e-mail providers flag these messages as spam, and they get filtered. Before placing your order, please add info[at]cambridgelsat.com to your contacts list (replace the [at] with @). If you haven't received the e-mail for a purchase, and it isn't in your junk folder, contact us.
PayPal won't allow me to check out as a guest. What should I do?
This is most likely happening because PayPal's system thinks you have an account. It is triggered if either your e-mail address or your credit card is associated with an existing account. This is typically a problem for people who set up PayPal accounts in the past and haven't used or accessed them in some time. There are three workarounds you can try:
- Log in to your PayPal account (request to reset your password if needed) and remove the e-mail address or the credit card from your profile. If there is only one e-mail address associated with the PayPal account, you will have to add a new e-mail address before you can remove the original one.
- Use both an e-mail address and a credit card which are not currently associated with a PayPal account.
- Regain access to your PayPal account and use it for your purchases. This is preferable if you're planning to make multiple purchases from our site, as it will allow you to complete payments without manually entering your credit card billing information every time.
There is a second reason you may have trouble checking out as a guest. If the computer you're using is used by others, and someone has recently logged into an existing PayPal account, the system may assume that you have an account. In this case, you will need to either use a different browser to complete your purchase or delete the PayPal cookies from the computer. See these instructions for all the major web browsers.
Where do I check out?
We use a floating shopping cart on the site, which allows you to view its contents and check out from (almost) any page. To complete your transaction, click on the cart, scroll to the bottom, and click on the checkout icon. We also have a standalone shopping cart page for your convenience.
I received a receipt from PayPal, but the purchase confirmation with links never arrived.
By default, PayPal purchases are routed to the primary e-mail account associated with the PayPal account. If you no longer have access to that e-mail account, please contact us so we can send your purchase confirmation to a different e-mail. For future purchases, be sure to log into your PayPal account and change the primary e-mail address to the one you regularly use.
Where can I purchase actual LSAT downloads?
Unfortunately, we are no longer an LSAC licensee, so we don't have LSAT PrepTest downloads on the site. You may be able to find copies of our books through Amazon, however. You can purchase printed copies of actual, official LSATs through our bookstore.
